Diet dinner


Baked beans + telor hancur

Inilah dinner  Mummy utk mlm nih...sesuai ker utk Mummy yg tgh berdiet nih...? Hubby Mummy siap beli stok mkn mlm Mummy..konon bg support la tuh...neway, tq B...punyela support sgt, hubby Mummy sanggup mkn mlm sup jer semata-mata nak temankan Mummy...Khaleesa pun sama, sup mmg favourite dia. Tapi utk Khaleesa, Mummy mskkan la gak nasi...dia bkn fhm pon 'DIET'..hehe...
Lunch mmg Mummy terpaksa mkn berat...so, mlm xmkn nasi...terliur gak tgk nasi..nama pon melayu, nasi mmg mknan utama. Xpe, Mummy dh back up masa lunch. Tapi, xdela melantak gila-gila..janji kenyang.


Nila stok yg hubby Mummy belikan...hihi...agak2 bleh membantu ker? Ada 4 keping, so cukupla utk Mummy & Khaleesa...lagipun hubby Mummy minggu ni keje mlm...

*Moral cerita nih, sebenarnye Mummy kena rajin bersenam. Mslhnye Mummy malas nak wat sume tuh..kat opis bkn xde pn company rate utk gym, Mummy je yg malas...ntah pape..xpe, at least kemas rumah wkend, basuh toilet pn satu senaman gak...berpeluh2 semangkuk....hihihi...
